Savitar is the main antagonist in Season 3 of the Flash. Savitar emerges free from his Speed Force prison. He uses theses powers to protect Central City from villains, which includes Savitar, of course. The Flash is a CW show that takes place in the Arrowverse, where it focuses a CCPD member Barry Allen, who got speed powers after the Particle Accelerator caused by Eobard Thawne. Time for a proposal of a villain I just see in season 3 of the Flash, which he is the third evil speedster of the show, with the first being Reverse-Flash and the second being Zoom.
